Thomas and Matt have been friends for two decades. Long before C.O.P.S. existed, they were working in construction, learning the trade the hard way, on real job sites where the work either holds up or it does not. That background shapes everything here. We think like builders, not like a call center.
Matt is a master plumber. Thomas is a licensed general contractor and a journeyman plumber. Put those two together and you get a small company that can handle a quick repair and a full remodel rough in with the same crew. No handoffs, no strangers, no guesswork.
Why we started
We got tired of the markup game
Spend enough years around construction and you see how the big plumbing outfits really work. Heavy advertising budgets. Sales staff paid on commission. Call centers, fleets, and a brand to feed. All of that lands on your invoice, whether you needed any of it or not.
We started C.O.P.S. to strip that out. The name says it plainly. Complete. On time. Plumbing service. We keep overhead low on purpose, which is exactly why our pricing comes in under the franchises. To be clear about what that means: it is not cheaper parts and it is not rushed work. It is a lean business choosing to pass the savings straight to the homeowner.
