You may use this site to learn about our services, request service, request an estimate, and apply for a job. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means without permission, or use it to harm others.
Estimates, quotes, and pricing
Estimates are free. We quote each job up front, and the price you approve is the price for the work as described. If the scope changes once work begins, for example a hidden problem is uncovered, we will pause and discuss the change with you before continuing. Prices for parts and materials can vary, and a quote is valid for the work and conditions described at the time it is given.
Scheduling and emergencies
We offer 24/7 emergency service and do our best to arrive within the window we provide. Timing can be affected by weather, traffic, and the demands of other emergencies. For an active leak or flood, calling 720-916-7720 is always faster than submitting an online form.
Licensing and insurance
C.O.P.S. is licensed and insured in Colorado under MP# 03000396 and PC# 0004086. We perform work to code and stand behind it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, C.O.P.S. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Our responsibility for any service we perform is governed by applicable Colorado law. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
