What we do

Camera first, then a clear plan

When your sewer line fails, it has your full attention. We start with a camera inspection so we are not guessing about what is happening underground. That tells us whether you are dealing with tree roots, a belly in the line, a cracked section, or simple buildup. From there we give you a clear path: a spot repair when that is enough, or a full replacement when the line is past saving.

The point of the camera is honesty. You see what we see, on screen, so the recommendation is obvious instead of something you have to take on faith. Because Thomas is a licensed general contractor as well as a journeyman plumber, we are comfortable with the bigger digs and the coordination they take, and everything we do is built to pass inspection the first time.

Camera inspection

We scope the line and show you the footage so the cause is clear.

Honest recommendation

Spot repair when it fits, full replacement only when the line truly needs it.

Up front quote

You approve the price before any digging starts.

Done to code

Quality work that passes inspection.

The bottom line

Catching a failing sewer line early, with a camera, is the difference between a targeted fix and an emergency dig. If you have had more than one main line backup, get it scoped before the next one.

"We have used this plumbing company twice now and have been very impressed both times. After moving into our new home, we discovered the previous owners had drilled a TV mount into a pipe. They responded quickly."

Sewer questions

Good to know

Yes. We start with a camera so we are not guessing. You see what we see on screen, whether it is roots, a belly in the line, a crack, or buildup, and the recommendation is obvious instead of something you take on faith.
It depends on what the camera shows. A spot repair handles a single break or root intrusion. A full replacement is the honest call when the line is collapsed or failing along its length.
Repeated main line backups, multiple slow drains at once, gurgling toilets, or sewage smells. If you have had more than one backup, get the line scoped before the next one.
